Well, that break was certainly longer than expected. I thought I’d be back to posting but some how time passed me by, yes even when I had nowhere to go!

Summer 2020 came and went after our little trip to Warwickshire.

September saw new school years and a hope of normality. Wishful thinking.

December brought a very quiet Christmas. Then I started a new job. Yes, in a pandemic!

The new year brought the loss of a loved one to this horrible pandemic. But then more hope that normality might resume, only to be dashed with three days when homeshcool returned.

I could go on about the emotional roller coaster that has been the past 12 months, but I’m sure it’s been the same for you too!

Anyway, if you’re still here, still willing to read my musings, I’m hoping my mind will be clear enough to get back on it.

Life with a teenager and strong wiled 6 year old is certainly “interesting”, so the ongoing worries, concerns and questions, aka mumsomnia, continue.
